Sixty One: Danny Weiland’s BASE Jumping World Record

On September 17th, 2016, Danny Weiland broke the world record for most number of BASE jumps completed in 24 hours (under human power). He jumped from the Perrine Bridge in Twin Falls, Idaho 61 times, climbing the 486 feet out of the canyon each time for a total of more than 29,000 vertical feet. Dozens of people came together to make this record happen and this is Danny’s story.
