After 100 test flights, the French wingsuit pilots completed an unbelievable and completely mind-blowing stunt: BASE jump from the top of the Jungfrau mountain in Switzerland and fly into the open door of a Pilatus Porter plane mid-air.
The Soul Flyers wanted to honor and celebrate the 20th anniversary of late pioneer Patrick de Gayardon's achievement in 1997, when he jumped from a plane and then flew his wingsuit back into the same plane. So they set out to reproduce his stunt... except they did it with a BASE jump off a cliff. No big deal, right?
