A pilot chute in tow turns into a two-out scenario when the RSL gets caught up. Despite the situation, our friend Stami manages to keep both of his handles like a boss!

I'm not sure what's worse: taking a nutshot on a hybrid-gone-wrong or listening to this high-pitched music -- although quite fitting considering the circumstances. Thanks to Greg Lu for sharing this hilarious clip. Wait for it...

This girl is still game for her tandem jump, but she screams her ass off on the way to the door. This is a pretty tame "screamer" compared to the grown man crying before his tandem or the woman freaking out on her tandem exit. What do you think... at what point should a tandem instructor continue the jump or call the jump off?

Flying your paraglider in weak conditions might end with a nasty tree landing like this. Not smart. Lesson learned. And he 'landed' without a scratch!

A wingsuit pilot experiences line twists that lead to a cutaway. The reserve snags on the rear-facing GoPro, which delays and further complicates the reserve deployment until the GoPro mount breaks. If this happened at a much lower altitude or sub-terminal speed (think BASE), the pilot chute may not have generated enough drag to break the camera mount and this malfunction could've been fatal. The main lesson to be learned is that regardless of how big or small your camera(s), the mount placement should never interfere with the deployment of your main or reserve in any direction. Video is not worth dying for.The skydiver who graciously shared this video with us has since switched to a safer/low profile camera setup. Please check your gear people.

An AFF student pulls high (apparently by his AFF instructor) then flies up jump run, nearly colliding with a tandem skydive and videographer in freefall. It's important to note that the AFF student got out on the first pass at 10,500 feet, while the other fun jumpers and tandems got out on the second pass at 13,500 feet.

Wow. There's so much "WTF!" going on in this video that it's hard to keep track. I'm not a paragliding expert, but I'm pretty sure a parachute isn't supposed to rip in half -- ever. Talk about an exciting tandem paragliding experience!

When separate groups of skydivers invade each others airspace, close calls like this are bound to happen. This is waaaay too close for comfort! Not entirely sure what led to this incident, but it should serve as a reminder to give enough separation between groups and never track up/down jump run.

A meat missile is the complete opposite of level, slot, dock. This skydiving collision resulted in her wearing a back brace for a few weeks, but luckily it wasnt any worse this is how people get paralyzed or die in our sport. Please play safe out there!
