We all make mistakes, and Norwegian BASE jumper Hans Lange is no different. Despite dumping too close to the cliff, striking the cliff, breaking his leg and getting stuck in a tree, Hans was a pretty good sport about the whole thing; even poking fun at himself... "What an imbecile!"

Holy &$@%, this is scary! This video should emphasize the importance of a proper spot, even if you're not the first group exiting... especially over mountains. Audidbles and AADs didn't help in this situation because they were set for a landing area at a much lower altitude, and drifting in freefall may have also been a contributing factor. If anything, learn from this video to avoid the same mistakes; it could've ended much worse. There has been some debate over whether he should've used his reserve (textbook emergency procedure) instead of his main (instinct). Thoughts?

This women freaks out right before exit on her first tandem skydive, but in the end she makes the jump. Although this is pretty entertaining, you can't criticize her... she's just verbally expressing what most of us were probably thinking before our first skydive. Did you scream/yell/cry before your first jump?
