Friday Freakout: Instructor Punches Tandem Student In Freefall

I'm not a tandem instructor, but I'm pretty sure a tandem skydive doesn't involve punching your student repeatedly in freefall (regardless of their poor body position). At least the student was already in the fetal position once the jabs and right-hooks started flying. Thoughts?
