Skydivers Bruno Brokken and Edgar Narvaez achieved an amazing feat in March 2022: they landed their parachutes on the equator line — exactly 0°00´00"N — a new "first" that has never been done before!
Huge shoutout to Edgar and Skydiver Ecuador for making this special jump a reality. A lot of preparation went into finding the right location; lots of places that looked great and landable on Google Earth were not so good when checked on the ground..( vegetation, hills, cables...). In the end, they selected this field in La Concordia, Ecuador.
